Spots can happen at any age. Yes they start around the adolescent age where your hormones are all over the place and your body is too busy growing from a child to an adult to notice the odd spot. You may or may not know the difference between a blackhead and a whitehead spot. A whitehead is a simple spot that comes up (usually overnight) that is filled with puss making it look white. Make sure you use a tissue because the bacteria in the puss can spread and cause more spots. A blackhead on the other hand is where the pores have a build up of dirt and it has formed a solid, black residue. There is no easy way of how to get rid of blackheads on your nose but you can get rid of them by using an exfoliation routine once a week and getting rid of the deep down dirt that has been there for some time.
If you do use this technique then it is important to know that the results will not happen overnight. They will be gradual and will only occur if you stick to the routine. Blackheads usually appear on your t-zone which is your forehead, nose and chin. You can even buy strips that go across this area to help pull out the dirt from the pores. Whichever method you choose, remember not to pick unless it’s an emergency!
